Fossil in the Etches collection
DISCOVER the story behind a museum at Kimmeridge at an illustrated talk by Steve Etches.
Mr Etches is an expert fossil collector and the inspiration behind the Museum of Jurassic Marine Life at Kimmeridge.
The Etches Collection specialises in the flora and fauna of the Kimmeridgian period and Kimmeridgian Clays of the Late Jurassic.
'Kimmeridge Museum - a Dream Fulfilled' will be hosted by the Dorset Wildlife Trust at Bridport United Church on Friday, March 1 at 7.30pm.
There is no set entrance fee but a donation of £2 for trust members and £3 for non-members is suggested.
