Flood warnings have been issued for areas of west Dorset as the county braces for overnight downpours.
Areas affected include West Bay Harbour and Lyme Regis Harbour where flooding is expected, and a general flood alert has also been issued by the Environment Agency covering the whole of the west Dorset coast.
At West Bay Harbour, tides will be at their highest between 4am and 8am tomorrow (6). The Environment Agency says flooding to properties at West Beach and around the harbour is likely, and people are being urged to take care near coastal paths and promenades.
Localised standing water is also expected on roads between Park Dean campsite and West Bay Road.
At Lyme Regis, the flood Warning will remain in force for two hours following the time of high water at 6:15am tomorrow.
