A woman was taken to hospital with leg injuries after a car crashed into a lamppost.
Police were called at 6.18pm yesterday to reports of a single-vehicle collision in Rempstone Road, Swanage, at the junction with Victoria Avenue.
A Dorset Police spokesman said: "A black BMW left the road and struck a lamppost.
"A female passenger was taken to hospital with leg injuries.
"The vehicle was recovered and we left the scene at 9.22pm."
