I WRITE having received my Council Tax demand from Dorset Council. Am I right in thinking that as this ‘company’ doesn’t actually exist we Council Tax payers can’t pay this demand and that the ‘council’ have been a little premature in sending them out! As a shadow council whilst they can discuss matters they can’t actually put anything into place until the council comes into being!
