We spoke to Ben Heath, sports development officer at Weymouth College, who told us: "Skills Festival will hopefully encourage children to carry on learning and inform them of their different options."
There are stations set up all over the grounds where the students are set on their own to discover and learn about different career paths. Ben said: "We want them to enjoy learning. College is a fun place to study."
Reece Mulqueen, a first year student at Weymouth College, said: "Weymouth College is different than I expected. They treat you like grown-ups. You lead your own path."
