THE developer of the former Value House site off Mandeville Road at Wyke Regis is asking to make changes to the agreed details of the 37 homes proposed for the site.
Developers, the Bracken Group, from Poole, has asked Dorset Council to consider a variation to the planning consent which relates to the design and layout of the properties.
The development, which includes 13 affordable homes, had also been given permission for the demolition of the store and associated buildings and road improvements at the Mandeville Road-Camp Road junction.
Comments on the application to vary the first of the planning consent conditions relating to design details have to be made by May 21 and can be viewed online or at a local planning office.
