POLICE are monitoring problems of nuisance youths in Wyke Regis.
Police Community Support Officer Lucy Allmond said there had been a particular issue of young people riding motorcycles around the area of Williams Avenue, in Wyke Gardens and as far down as Langton Avenue.
She said: "They have been riding in an anti-social manner, mounting pavements, performing wheelies and speeding around at all hours. Some very young children have been spotted riding bikes, which is not only illegal but highly dangerous.
"Parents should be aware of the potential harm caused to their children."
Anyone with information about nuisance youths in the area can contact the police in confidence.
