ANOTHER vast cruise ship has arrived at Portland Port, showing that cruise season 2019 is well underway.
The Crown Princess, a cruise vessel with a capacity of 3,114 passengers, arrived in the port early this morning from the USA.
This is the fourth arrival and third vessel to dock in Portland Port this season.
The port has already welcomed two visits of the Mediterranea from Italy and one of the Zenith from Spain.
44 cruise ships will arrive in Portland Port this season, 11 of which are visiting the area for the first time.
These vessels will come both from the United States and various locations across Europe.
The Crown Princess will dock in Portland again on September 24.
