IF ALL the publicity for #Bond25 which launched in Jamaica last week has whetted your appetite for a James Bond lifestyle, the perfect house has come on the market.

The luxurious £6.95m Sandbanks property comes with its own, James Bond-style amphibious boat.

Homeowner Ashley Faull is throwing in the 20ft long Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB) that can be driven like a car, straight onto the water. He says the £120,000 50mph craft will be ideal for getting around exclusive Poole Harbour, as well as driving to waterside restaurants and bars.

The four storey home was built in 2000 and has its own slipway with direct access to the harbour.

On the ground floor there is a grand entrance hall, large open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge and utility room.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms on the first floor while the top storey has two more rooms which are currently used as a cinema room and study.

The lower ground floor has an indoor swimming pool and gym - perfect for perfecting a Bond physique - as well as a games room and bar where the perfect Martini can be served.

Outside there is a balcony, boat house and a triple garage.

Mr Faull insists the new owner will get good use out of the novel craft that can go from car to boat at the flick of a switch.

"The amphibious RIB gives you access to Poole Harbour and the lifestyle that comes with it," he said.

"It is a bit James Bond but is ideal for taking across the harbour to get to harbourside restaurants which otherwise you would drive to by car. It is so easy to use and it isn't tide dependant as you can just drive it across the mud."

And because of the private slipway, he says: "You can just drive in off the water and walk straight out onto the garden. We use it about 50 times a year."
