A Weymouth woman said to have repeatedly caused anti-social behaviour has been given a Criminal Behaviour Order.

Weymouth & Portland Police said they worked with the Dorset Council Community Safety Team to obtain the order against Susan Clennell, 36.

The CBO was issued by Weymouth Magistrates Court and is in place for three years.

It bans her from various locations in the town, including St Thomas Street, St Mary Street and The Esplanade.

A spokesman said: "This is a positive step in reducing anti-social behaviour and linked criminal offences in the town and underlines the importance of members of the public continuing to report issues to us.

"The evidence provided by these reports forms part of the application for Criminal Behaviour Orders.

The team will endeavour to continue to reduce ASB in Weymouth by working with "our partners and the community."
