Temporary toilets have been installed along Weymouth seafront.
These toilets are in operation from the May Bank holiday until September 8 in order to support the volume of events taking place in town.
A spokesman for Weymouth Town Council said: “The decision to increase the public convenience facilities and to locate the temporary toilets in the Seafront position was made by the preceding Council.
“The necessity for an increased provision was informed by an independent review of facilities by the British Toilet Association.
“The temporary toilet facilities are being provided to meet the high customer demands and to afford much needed capacity at this location.”
“The facilities will be wrapped to improve the overall appearance.
“Following this year, the town council will be reviewing the toilet provision and measures in the town.”
Big events such as Weymouth and Portland Pride are among those that may require this high demand over the course of the summer in Weymouth.
