CARERS are being encouraged to take some time for themselves
As part of National Carers Week from June 10 to 16, those who care for people are invited to a carers afternoon on the first floor of Beach and Barnicott in South Street on Monday, June 10 from 2pm to 5pm.
Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and cake, with a free reflexology taster session for the first six people to book.
It will also be an opportunity to meet local businesses that may be helpful, including a plumber, electrician, mechanic, solicitor, mobile hairdresser and more are to confirm.
For more information and to book, search for Beach and Barnicott on Facebook.
National Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK.
