Weymouth estate agents Goadsby wants to put in a new shop front on its St Thomas Street office and convert the first, second and third floors of the building to three one-bed flats.
The planning application also involves fitting roof lights and what is described as an ‘infill’ extension to the rear of the property. The new shop front will include a side entrance door for the flats.
A decision is expected to be made at officer level with the application open for comments until July 2.
