MARK Dugan writes (Echo, June 4) that the Brexit Party did not really win the recent EU election, because if you add up the votes from every other party they had 0.9 per cent more of the votes cast.
No mention that many voting Green probably did so because they want to raise the issue of global warming.
No, if you did not vote Brexit Party you voted “Remain”.
Using Mr Dugan’s reasoning the Netherlands did not win the recent Eurovision song contest because the next three amassed more votes than Dutchman Duncan Laurence?
