A MAN who climbed up a scaffolding in the early hours sparked a response from the emergency services.
Crews from Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service from Portland, Weymouth and Poole were called to Pennsylvania Road, Portland at 12.21am today.
Police were called at 11.15pm yesterday.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said that the man climbed the scaffolding three floors high, and that he eventually descended.
Fire crews were there for half an hour.
After he descended, he was dealt with by the police.
