MAGISTRATES have ordered that two televisions, speakers and a stereo be confiscated from a woman prosecuted for repeated noise nuisance.
Lisa Susan Hyatt, who is now of no fixed abode but formerly lived near Branksome Library in Ashley Road, Parkstone, was convicted of breaching an abatement notice at Poole Magistrates' Court last week.
The court heard the 46-year-old played 'amplified music at such at volume so as to constitute a statutory nuisance' on dates between February 26 and March 26.
She was fined £100 and ordered to pay a £30 surcharge and £200 costs.
Various electrical items seized from her home – including a stereo – will also be confiscated and sold.
