FIREFIGHTERS rescued a crow which had become trapped in a tree.
Fire Control received a call just before 7pm last night to a holiday park in Weymouth where a crow was stuck in a tree with something caught around its leg.
A crew from Weymouth Fire Station attended, and then requested assistance from the Aerial Ladder Platform appliance also based at Weymouth Fire Station.
That appliance was used to rescue the bird, which was then left in the hands of wildlife experts.
