A razor and 16 Olay face creams worth £560 were stolen from a store in Shaftesbury.
Police are investigating the theft of the items from the Superdrug store in High Street.
CCTV images of a suspect have been released by police officers.
Police Sergeant Carmel Ryan, of Dorset Police, said: “As part of our enquiries we are now in a position to issue CCTV images of the suspect and I would urge anyone who recognises him to please contact Dorset Police.”

The incident happened on Friday, May 17 just before 12pm, but police have only just released this image.
