A driver appears to have had a lucky escape after a car crashed into a tree and ended up in a stream.
A spokesman from Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said three crews - two fire engines from Dorchester and one water rescue team from Weymouth - were called at around 2.34pm after the white Ford Fiesta skidded off the road into a stream.
It is reported to have happened at commercial premises near Sydling St Nicholas.
"On arrival it was obvious there were no persons trapped so crews made area safe and left it with the police", the spokesman added.
A Dorset Police spokesman said: "We were called at 2.29pm today, Friday July, to a report of a single vehicle crash on Dorchester Road in Sydling St Nicholas near Dorchester.
"The vehicle, a white Ford Fiesta, was reported to have gone into the river. Fire also attended.
"No injuries were reported and the vehicle was recovered and road cleared by 3.23pm."
