PLANS for 22 homes on a pony paddock between Spa Road and Roman Road will be among the items discussed by Weymouth town council planning committee tomorrow.
Other items include a new catering kiosk with a seated decking area and a sail-shaped cover at the Pleasure Pier.
The meeting will also look at around a dozen minor applications for extensions and alterations to local homes and businesses.
Committee members will also give their views on a application to Dorset Council for an order to divert footpaths 24, 160, 161 and 162, and bridleway 21.
The meeting, at Commercial Road, starts at 7pm and is open to the public.
The role of the Weymouth committee is only advisory and each of the items discussed will be decided by Dorset Council.
