A MAN is due to appear before Weymouth Magistrates Court regarding a serious injury collision.
The 19-year-old from Runcorn, Cheshire has been ordered to appear before the court on Friday, July 26 for an offence of driving with excess alcohol.
The related incident took place on Saturday, May 11, when a white Vauxhall Corsa crashed on the A353 between Preston and Osmington near the White Horse Garage.
The man sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital. No one else was in the car.
