DORCHESTER Lions annual charity golf day is taking place at Came Down Golf Club on Wednesday, September 18.
It is raising money for the Mosaic charity, which supports bereaved children, and costs £30 per player. The fee includes drink and a butty on arrival, with 18 holes of friendly, competitive golf; mid-round refreshments and challenges, prize-giving and a choice of meal to enjoy after the round.
It will be played in teams of four, with generous handicap allowances and Stableford format. Men, ladies and mixed teams are invited. All profits will go to charity and individual sponsorship packages from £50 are also still available.
