RESIDENTS are being warned to be on their guard for a "suspicious" Renault Scenic.

Dorset Police have issued a warning for people to be vigilant and secure their properties late at night in the Tarrant Valley, near Blandford.

"There have been reports of a grey Renault Scenic being seen in suspicious circumstances", a spokesman said.

"The vehicle has been seen driving through the villages paying attention to properties late at night. Please be vigilant and secure your property and outbuildings, and report any suspicious activity".
