Police accident
The tragic death of a motorcyclist in Poundbury really highlights the situation that has existed since Poundbury was built.
The whole area does not comply with the regulations that applies to the rest of the country RE: road markings safety etc.
My question is how is it that a large estate like Poundbury can get away with ignoring all the rules and regulations regarding road markings to control traffic?
I don’t know what the answer is but I can make a good guess
