A CROWN court date has been set for a man accused of attempted murder.
Peter Tillman is due to appear to Winchester Crown Court on September, 18.
He appeared at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, charged with an allegation of attempted murder and dangerous driving.
It follows a serious crash on the A337 between Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst.
The crash involved a Jaguar and a Mini, happened at 7.10pm on Tuesday.
The driver of the Mini, a 33-year-old woman, from Dorset and the passenger of the Jaguar, a 59-year-old woman Sway, suffered minor injuries and were taken to hospital.
Tillman, 71, of Manchester Road, Sway, did not enter a plea at Thursday's hearing.
