Also admits the commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 18 months for racially aggravated criminal damage. No action taken on breach.

IAN MCMILLAN, aged 44 and of Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, admits producing two cannabis plants in Bournemouth on August 2. Fined £100, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay £85 costs.

SHELDON JOHNSON, alias Adetola Faysao Oyejide, aged 20 and of Primrose Walk, London, admits having 1.46 grams of cannabis in Bournemouth on August 9. Fined £40, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Also admits having 2.6g of cannabis in Bournemouth on August 19. Fined £40. Also admits providing false details to a PC on August 9. No separate penalty. Also admits the commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months for obstructing a PC. No action taken on breach.

CRAIG RONALD RUSSELL, aged 39 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing two bottles of fragrance worth £90 from Beales in Old Christchurch Road on June 14. Community order made. Drug dependency treatment for six months. To pay £90 compensation.

DENNIS GEOFFREY OWEN, aged 51 and of no fixed abode, admits driving a Fiat 500 in Elliott Road, Bournemouth on March 15 while disqualified. No endorsement.
