I DON’T see why Mr Frisby (Letters, September 2) feels the need for a break from letters on Brexit by the people he mentions, as he clearly doesn’t bother to read them.

If he did, he would not still believe that the processes of the referendum had been democratic.

His speculation on what would have happened if the result had been reversed is easily answered.

Brexiters would have felt justifiably disenfranchised by the botched referendum, and would be campaigning to leave.
