CHRISTOPHER WICK, aged 30, of Hetherly Road, Weymouth. Admitted driving a vehicle on a road when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in blood, namely not less than 2.5 micrograms per litre, exceeded the specified limit. Fined £140. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Also admitted assaulting an emergency worker, namely a police officer, acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker. Also admitted without the authority of the Secretary of State, had in his possession a weapon designed or adapted for he discharge of a gas, namely chlorobenzalmalononitrile. Community order with curfew requirement, programme requirement, rehabilitation activity requirement and residence requirement. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months. Also admitted without lawful excuse, damaging an outer door to the value of approximately £150 belonging to Lilly Housing Project. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay compensation of £270 and to pay costs of £30.

PORTLAND

IGOR AMBROSIO, aged 21, of The Grove, Grove Road, Portland. Admitted without authorisation, were in possession of an offensive weapon as defined in section 1(9) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984, namely a sock containing a weight to be used as a cosh, inside a prison, namely HMP & YOI Portland. Committed to prison for 4 months suspended for 12 months.

Admitted driving a vehicle on a road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £323 and to pay costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

MARIA CATHERINE BEACH, aged 35, of Hemp Way, Bridport. Admitted at Lyme Regis without lawful excuse, damaging a camera to the value of £54.91 belonging to Dorset County Council. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay compensation amounts of £50 and £54.91.
