If Weymouth wants to prosper it has to attract top business people, movers and shakers.
Water frontage land is especially valuable and should be sold to the highest bidder which is likely to be prosperous or financially successful people.
If affordable housing is muted, it has to be built for a start on cheap land and that is unlikely to be on the waterfront.
