WEYMOUTH estate agents Goadsby has been granted planning consent for a new shop front on its St Thomas Street office and to convert the first, second and third floors of the building to three one-bed flats.
The planning application also involves fitting roof lights and what is described as an ‘infill’ extension to the rear of the property with a balcony.
The new shop front will include a side entrance door for the flats.
Weymouth Town Council had raised no objection to the application and there were no public comments on the application.
