Emergency services mobilised after car crashes off road
EMERGENCY services were alerted to reports of a car on its side after coming off the road.
A spokesman for Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said crews from Shaftesbury and Gillingham were mobilised to reports of the accident at Cherry Orchard, Shaftesbury at 6.20pm yesterday.
He said: "On arrival one car was found to be on its side in the hedgerow.
"Thankfully, no persons were trapped within the vehicle and no signs of injuries."
