A woman was rescued after she was stuck in a lift earlier today.
One fire engine from Portland Fire Station was sent to Atlantic House on Ayton Drive to help the woman at about 8.20am.
Firefighters managed to release the woman who was trapped in the elevator after they opened the doors using specialised equipment.
After making sure she was safe, the firefighters then made their way back to station.
