Firefighters were called to reports of flooding on a road in Weymouth.
The incident happened in Tollerdown Road last night.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service was alerted at 10.11pm.
A fire service spokesman said: “Firefighters were called to flooding from an external source in Tollerdown Road.
“Crews pumped water away from nearby properties using two light portable pumps and two main lines.”
