The town of Dorchester fell silent on Sunday to pay their respects to the fallen with a poignant Remembrance service.
Dorchester’s Remembrance Procession gathered at 10.15am in North Square before marching to the war memorial at the junction of South Walks Road and South Street.
The Durnovaria Silver Band played music before the Rev Claire McClelland led a wreath-laying service. The parade then marched down Trinity Street.
There was also an Act of Remembrance at the German War Memorial at 12.30pm.
