Police are searching for a man suspected of stealing a drill from a van.

A CCTV image has been released of the suspect and police are appealing for the public's help with tracking him down.

Between 10.30am and 2.30pm on Saturday, November 2 a grey Renault van was parked on land opposite the Esso garage on the A31 in Corfe Mullen.

A Milwaukee drill was stolen.

Neighbourhood Inspector Simon Perry, of East Dorset police, said: “Following enquiries I have obtained CCTV images of the suspect and I am appealing to anyone who recognises him to come forward.

“I would like to remind the public not to leave valuables in their vehicles, remove them and secure the vehicle.”
