BREWHOUSE & Kitchen, which has a branch in Brewery Square, Dorchester, has given a ‘pairing and sharing’ theme to its new autumn/winter menu.
With starters, mains and desserts to share, all with carefully chosen beer pairings, Brewhouse & Kitchen are promoting ‘paring and sharing’ this winter by encouraging guests to share both food and drink, bringing friends and families together alike.
Additions to the new menu includes nachos, with tortilla chips made from used beer grain and beer-can chicken wings which are inspired by the successful beer-can chicken from the summer menu.
Other new dishes include a range of winter warmers such as vegan Beyond Meat burgers, baked camembert and chocolate fondue with marshmallows, mini doughnuts, salted caramel profiteroles to dip!
