FAMILIES and their four-legged friends are being invited to a quirky free event in Dorchester.
A Christmas Dog Parade is being held in Brewery Square on Saturday December 7 from 2-3pm.
It is the first year rthe event has been held in the Square.
Organisers say they want to see dogs dressed in their best festive fancy dress - Christmas jumpers, collars, bandanas, and other accessories.
There will be prizes for the 'best-dressed Christmas pooch' and more - as well as dog friendly businesses and tasty treats to discover.
