It was chosen after a rigorous and thorough assessment of around 25,000 estate and letting agency branches by Property Academy, supported by Rightmove.

Over a six-month period, the Property Academy scored each branch against a unique set of performance and customer service criteria, using a combination of data analysis and mystery shopping experiences.

Only those agencies with a consistently strong performance are awarded a place in the best Estate Agent Guide awards.

All Meyers branches are members of the Experts in Property network, the largest collaboration of independent estate agency offices throughout the Westcountry, sharing properties and working together to reach more buyers and sell more homes.
