YOUNG people are reminded they have until the end of this month to get their entries in for a competition to design a logo for Weymouth Carnival 2021.
The competition is open to 11-18 year-olds who are free to create any design of their choosing as long as it includes the words ‘Weymouth Carnival’. Organisers want the logo to be ‘representative of Weymouth’. It can be in any media but must be on A4 format. Take a picture of it or scan it and email it to competitions@weymouthcarnival.co.uk by December 31. Include your name, age and contact number of parent/guardian.
A panel will judge entries in the new year. The winning design will be turned into reality by PXLtree.media and incorporated into all carnival branding.
