Police are hunting a man wanted on suspicion of a burglary offence.

Officers are appealing for the public's help to find Michael Churchley, aged 42.

Police say anyone who sees him should not approach him.

Churchley is described as white, five ft 10 ins tall and of slim build with brown eyes and brown hair.

He is wanted on suspicion of a burglary on Thursday, December 12, 2019, at Wheels of Dorset on Station Road in Gillingham.

Neighbourhood Inspector Simon Perry, of North Dorset police, said: “We have been carrying out a number of enquiries in a bid to locate Michael Churchley and these efforts remain ongoing.

“I am now releasing his image in the hope that someone will know of his whereabouts.

“While we have no information to suggest that he presents a direct risk to members of the public, I would urge anyone who sees Michael not to approach him but to immediately contact Dorset Police on 999.”
