BEAMINSTER firefighters were called to deal with a chimney blaze.
A spokesman for the station said they were called to the incident just over the border near Crewkerne at 11.15am yesterday.
He added: "The chimney fire was extinguished by cutting away and removing smouldering embers.
"The chimney was fully checked using a thermal image camera."
