FIREFIGHTERS were called to a car which had crashed off the road after sliding on black ice.
The crew from Beaminster was called to the incident near Corscombe at 5.45am on Sunday
A spokesman for Beaminster Fire Station said: "We were called to a single vehicle road traffic collision.
"The vehicle had slid on black ice and got wedged between the hedges. There was no injuries reported at this incident."
