A moped rider has been taken to hospital following a crash with a car this morning.
The incident happened on the eastbound lane of the A35 Upton Bypass.
Dorset Police was called to the incident at 7.24am.
A spokesman for the police said: “The rider of the moped has been taken to hospital for treatment.”
The car involved was a Ford Fiesta.
The road has since been reopened.
