POLICE responded to a disturbance in Weymouth caused by 'intoxicated' teenagers.
Officers were called to an area of Weymouth town centre amid welfare concerns for a teenage girl today.
However, upon arrival at the scene, officers established that a general disturbance was being caused by a group of youths.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said: "We were called with concerns for a girl aged in her mid-teens. Initial reports were that she may have been set upon in a fight of some sort.
"Officers attending established the situation to be anti-social behaviour being caused by a group of youths, some of whom were intoxicated.
"The group was dispersed. No arrests were made."
