Three bikes have been stolen from the grounds of the Bus Shelter Dorset in Weymouth.

The incident happened on Tuesday evening.

The Bus Shelter Dorset is a charity that offers rough sleepers with a local connection somewhere safe to stay and supports them.

A post on the charity’s Facebook page said: “We have just had three of our bikes stolen in the last hour from our yard. If anyone sees or hears anything, please let us or the police know.”

Dorset Police said the incident happened between 4pm and 8.30pm.

A blackish grey and red Rockrider bike was stolen, as well as a grey Raleigh bike and black and red mountain bike.
