A DRIVER had their vehicle seized by police when it was discovered the car had no insurance, MOT or tax.
The Dorset Police No Excuse team stopped the vehicle while en route to Blandford after it showed no insurance on their database.
A spokesman for the team said: "We were on route to Blandford when we came across the vehicle below. The vehicle showed no insurance on the database. When stopped the driver confirmed she couldn’t afford the insurance.
"Further checks established the MOT expired September 2019 and there’s been no tax on the vehicle since June 2019 (since she owned it).
"The driver is already on 6pts for a similar offence last year, she will now be likely disqualified for totting up. She received a ticket for all offences and the vehicle was seized."
