The seized BMW
DORSET Police's No Excuse team seized its 35th vehicle seized in three weeks as a crackdown on rogue drivers continues.
A spokesman for the team said: "The driver thought it would be a good idea to drive this 2018 BMW to the garage for new tyres, as a favour to the owner.
"The only problem was he wasn't insured and believe it or not he has never passed a driving test.
"Vehicle seized and driver reported to court. Why risk it?
"Please don't drive unless you are legal."
