Parts of the county are underwater as heavy rain continues to pour.
Traffic has been disrupted across Dorset throughout the day due to flooding.
The fire service is at flooded Bakers Arms Roundabout trying to pump water into a field, drivers are warned of delays on approach.
There are long delays on Blandford Road North onto Blandford Road towards Hamworthy due to ongoing flooding issues near Turlin Road.
Nottington Lane in Weymouth is closed both ways from B3159 Dorchester Road (Nottington) to B3157 Bramdon Lane (Langton Herring).
Also in Weymouth, Watery Lane is closed both ways from Church Street to Mill Street.
Radipole Lane is closed both ways due to flooding from Causeway to Spa Road.
Police have been working with the Environment Agency and Dorset Council to manage the situation.
"Please use caution if you find yourself facing flood water, and avoid the area where possible," a police spokesman said.
The A352 is closed both ways from Gatemore Road (Winfrith Newburgh) to Burton Road (Burton Cross Roundabout, Wool) as a result of the flooding.
The A35 has been experiencing some very slow traffic.
This includes the route near Poole, including at Bloxworth and Bulbury Lane, and towards west Dorset.
There is also flooding at on Stinsford Hill from Stinsford Roundabout to A37 Monkeys Jump Roundabout.

The route between Martinstown and Dorchester is also affected.

There are also reports of flooding at a petrol station in Winterbourne Abbas.
An eyewitness said: "Traffic is moving very slowly through the village and some cars are turning around and going back the way they came. The petrol station looks like it's completely underwater."

Abbotsbury is also said to be experiencing flooding - the High Street is reportedly just passable from Cleverlawns (Abbotsbury) to Mill Street (Burton Bradstock).
