WEYMOUTH has been placed on flood alert as the area around Town Bridge has flooded again.
The Environment Agency has declared that flood alerts - meaning that people should be wary and prepared for flooding - are in place for both Weymouth Harbour and Weymouth rivers and streams.
Commercial Road has been closed between St Nicholas Street and St Mary Street as a result of the flooding.
Many other parts of coastal Dorset have similar alerts in place, including both West Bay and the eastern part of the county.
Numerous flood alerts and warnings have been in place for Dorset over the past few weeks during a spell of poor weather.
The county has faced flooding during bouts of heavy rain and Storms Ciara, Dennis and Jorge.
Flood warnings - meaning immediate action needs to be taken - are in place for the following areas:
Groundwater flooding for the Bere Stream
Groundwater flooding for the North Winterborne, north of the A354
Groundwater flooding for the North Winterborne, south of the A354
Groundwater flooding for the Piddle Valley
Groundwater flooding for the South Winterbourne Valley
Lower Avon from Ringwood to Christchurch
Lower Frome from East Stoke to Wareham
River Piddle from Alton Pancras to Wareham

Dorset coast at Poole Harbour
East coast of Dorset
Groundwater flooding in the Cranborne Chase area
Groundwater flooding in the West of Dorset
