Coronavirus: Total number of UK death jumps to 422
The total number of deaths in the UK as a result of coronavirus has risen to 422.
As of 9am today, a total of 90,436 people have been tested for the virus, of which 8,077 were confirmed positive.
The number of deaths in the UK has gone up by 87 since yesterday, the biggest jump so far.
It comes after the Prime Minister introduced extra measures in an attempt to bring the spread of the virus under control.
